It is made of pineapple, mango, strawberries, green or red grapes, bananas, oranges, orange juice, limeade mix and grenadine syrup.
It is prepared by mixing together all the ingredients.
It is normally served with ice and slice of orange on the rim.
It is mostly taken for lunch time.
