Biang Biang Mian or Youpo Chemian is a famous Chinese food.

Biang Biang Mian is hand pulled noodles.

It is made of flour, chili powder, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, onion, coriander, cilantro, salt and oil.

It is prepared by mixing flour and salt to create a dough which is then cut and pressed into rectangle shape noodles before being cooked in boiled water and mixed with the ingredients.

It is normally garnished with coriander or cilantro.

It is mostly eaten for breakfast or lunch.
