It is made of flour, potatoes, onion, green chilies, coriander, lentils, pumpkin, chives, black pepper, salt and oil.

It is prepared by mixing all the ingredients to create a dough which is then stuffed with the fillings and cooked.

It is normally served with green chutney, yogurt or curd.

It is mostly eaten for breakfast.
