It is made of flour, banana, coconut, coconut cream, baking powder, butter, vanilla paste and sugar.

It is prepared by mixing all the ingredients to create dough balls which is then cooked in boiled water before coated in buttter and coconut mixture.

It is normally served with coconut syrup which is made from sugar and coconut mixture.

It is mostly eaten for breakfast.
