It is made of flour, baking powder, egg, milk, salt and oil.

It is prepared by mixing all the ingredients and creating dough balls which is then stretched into flat circles with vertical cuts in the middle before fried in boiled oil until golden brown.

It is normally served with honey or sugar.

It is mostly eaten for breakfast.
