Fatir is a famous Saudi Arabian food.

Fatir is a flatbread made from toasted barley flour.

It is made of barley flour, yeast, butter, sugar, honey, salt and oil.

It is prepared by creating a dough from the ingredients which is then baked in a warm oven over a metal fixing bowl.

It is normally served with honey or sugar.

It is mostly eaten for breakfast.
