Sushi is a famous Japanese dish.
Sushi is small balls or rolls of vinegared rice mixed with vegetables, egg or raw seafood.
It is made of rice, fish, seafood vegetables, seaweed, sugar and salt.
It has many types depending on the shape and ingredients such as Nigri Sushi, Maki Sushi, Oshi Sushi and Temaki Sushi.
It is normally served with soya sauce called Wasabi.
It is mostly eaten for lunch.
