Koshary is a mixed rice dish.

It is made of white rice, macaroni, lentils, onions, garlic, tomatoes, tomato paste, white vinegar, chickpeas, black pepper, cayenne pepper, cumin, salt and oil.

It is normally garnished with onions and tomato paste.

It can be eaten for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
