Mkatra Siniya is rice and coconut cake.

It is made of rice, coconut, coconut milk, cardamom seeds,  baking soda, baking powder, sugar, vanilla pod and oil.

It is prepared by mixing the soaked rice with other ingredients which is then baked in the oven.

It is mostly eaten as dessert.
