Duckunoo, Blue Draws or Tie-A-Leaf is a famous Jamaican food.

Duckunoo is boiled pudding.

It is made of flour, green bananas, coconut, coconut milk, sweet potatoes, baking powder, vanilla, mixed spice, brown sugar and salt.

It is prepared by mixing all the ingredients which is then wrapped with quailed banana leaves and boiled.

It is mostly eaten as dessert or snack food.
