Lohikeitto is  salmon fish soup.

It is made of flour, salmon fish, milk, carrots, potatoes, onion, dill, white peppercorns, cream, fish stock, bay leaf, salt and oil.

It is normally seasoned with dill.

It is usually served with rye bread or lemon wedges.

It is mostly eaten for lunch or dinner.
