Klingeris is yellow bread shaped into large pretzel.

It is made of flour, eggs, yeast, butter, sugar, warm cream, saffron, cardamom, orange juice, lemon juice, raisins, almonds and salt.

It is normally sprinkled with icing sugar and almonds.

It is usually served with butter or jam.

It is mostly eaten for breakfast or as snack food.
