Eritrea is a country in the Eastern African and Horn Of Africa region of the African continent.

It's capital city is Asmara.

It has a population of about 4.9 million people.





Hembesha or Ambasha is a famous Eritrean food.

Hembesha is sweet or spicy flatbread.

It is made of flour, yeast, ghee, egg, fenugreek herb, coriander seed, pepper, ginger, cardamom,  garlic and salt.

It is normally served with honey or spiced ghee.

It is mostly eaten for breakfast or special occasions.
