Oyster Vermicelli Noodles is oyster noodles soup.
It is made of vermicelli noodles, oysters, chicken stock, black vinegar, ginger, garlic, spring onion, cilantro, soy sauce, corn starch and oil.
It is normally garnished with chopped spring onion and cilantro.
It is mostly eaten for lunch or dinner.
