Chicken Satay is chicken skewers marinated with spices and grilled.
It is made of chicken, lemongrass, garlic, shallots, turmeric, coriander, chili powder, bamboo skewers, cucumber, onion, sugar, salt and oil.
It is normally served with ketupat rice cakes, cucumber, onion and peanut sauce.
It is mostly eaten for lunch or dinner.
