Peru is a country in the South American continent.

It's capital city is Lima.

It has a population of about 32.2 million people.






Parihuela is a famous Peruvian dish.

Parihuela is seafood soup.

It is made of flour, fish, calamari, clams, mussels, scallops, shrimp, paprika, tomatoes, garlic, ginger, onion, cumin, yellow chili, red chili pepper, coriander, parsley, oregano, bay leaf, cilantro, pepper, salt and oil.

It is normally garnished with cilantro.

It is usually served with lime juice.

It is mostly eaten for lunch or dinner.
