It has a population of about 417,200 people.
Kelupis is a famous Bruneian dish.
Kelupis is glutinous rice wrapped with nyirik leaves and cooked.
It is made of glutinous rice flour, palm sugar, coconut milk, nyirik leaves, salt and oil.
It is prepared by mixing the ingredients which is then wrapped with nyirik leaves and steam cooked.
It is normally served with peanut sauce or curry.
It is mostly eaten as snack food.
