Injeolmi is a famous South Korean food.

Injeolmi is steamed sweet rice cakes.

It is made of Mochiko rice flour, soybean powder, sugar and salt.

It is prepared by steaming and pounding rice into a pliable dough which is then rolled and cut into rectangle shapes.

It is normally dusted with roasted soybean powder.

It is mostly eaten as snack food or for special occasions.
