Harissa is a famous Jordanian food.

Harissa is sweet semolina cake.

It is made of semolina, milk, yogurt, coconut, sugar, butter, baking powder, vanilla, sugar syrup, almonds and blossom water.

It is normally drizzled with sugar syrup and decorated with almonds. 

It is mostly eaten as dessert.
