Aseeda or Asida is a famous Yemeni food.

Aseeda is a moist and pasty dough filled with chicken broth.

It is made of flour, chicken, butter, onion, garlic, cumin, cardamom, turmeric, green chili, tomato sauce, coriander, ground pepper, salt and oil.

It is normally served with sliced lime, Zahawig chili paste or yogurt.

is mostly eaten for breakfast or as dessert.
