Khuzi is mutton and rice dish.
It is made of rice, mutton, ghee, tomato paste, onions, potatoes, ginger, garlic, saffron, cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, black peppercorns, vinegar, Dijon mustard, orange juice, currants, bay leaves, pistachios, clementines, salt and olive oil.
It is normally garnished with pistachios, bay leaves and clementines.
It is mostly eaten for lunch or for special occasions.
