Chimichurri Chicken is a famous Argentinian dish.
Chimichurri Chicken is chicken marinated in chimichurri sauce and grilled.
It is made of chicken, parsley, garlic, shallot, oregano, red chilli, vinegar, black pepper, salt and oil.
It is prepared by mixing the ingredients to produce chimichurri sauce which is then marinated with chicken before grilled or cooked in the oven.
It is normally served with roasted potatoes and salad.
It is mostly eaten for dinner.
