Sel Roti is deep fried sweet rice bread which is shaped like ring.

It is made of rice, flour, ghee, sugar, cardamom, coconut milk and salt.

It is prepared by mixing the ingredients to create a dough which is then shaped like ring and fried in boiling oil until light brown.

It is normally served with yogurt or vegetables.

It is mostly eaten for breakfast or as snack food.
