Baram Tteok is a famous North Korean food.

Baram Tteok is steamed glutinous rice cakes.

It is made of glutinous rice, azuki red bean paste, cornstarch, sugar, green food colouring, red food colouring and salt.

It is prepared by mixing the ingredients and baked in the oven before cut into small pieces and then wrapped with rice and covered with cornstarch.

It is mostly eaten as dessert.
