Rougaille is a famous Mauritian dish.

Rougaille is tomato based stew which can be added with various ingredients.

It is made tomatoes, onion, thyme, ginger, curry leaves, chilli, coriander, salt and oil.

It is usually garnished with coriander.

It is normally served with rice.

It is mostly eaten for lunch.
