Guinea-Bissau is a country in the West African region of the African continent.

It's capital city is Bissau.

It has a population of about 1.9 million people.





Raivas is a famous Guinean-Bissauan food.

Raivas is cinnamon cookies.

It is made of flour, cinnamon, eggs, butter, sugar and salt.

It is prepared by mixing the ingredients to create a dough which is then cut and rolled into thin rope shapes which can be twisted into squiggly shapes before baked.

It is mostly eaten as dessert.
