It has a population of about 2 million people.






Dongo Dongo is a famous Gabonese dish.

Dongo Dongo is Okra stew with smoked fish.

It is made of fish, okra, onions, garlic, chili peppers, bouillon cubes, baking soda and oil.

It is normally served with rice or fufu porridge.

It is mostly eaten for lunch.
