Taramasalata is a famous Greek food.

Taramasalata is a creamy fish roe dip.

It is made of red or white fish roe, white bread, garlic, lemon juice, white pepper, olive oil and oil.

It is normally topped with olive oil or lemon juice.

It is usually served with pita bread.

It is mostly eaten for breakfast or as appetizer before meals.
