Darasa is a famous Belizean food.
Darasa is steamed green banana dough.
It is made of green bananas, coconut milk, orange juice, lime juice, black pepper and salt.
It is prepared by mixing peeled and grated green bananas with the ingredients which is then wrapped in banana leaves before steam cooked.
It is mostly eaten as snack food.
