It is made of flour, eggs, breadcrumbs, butter, milk, sugar, granulated sugar, icing sugar, Vanilla extract, lemon zest, apples, walnuts, cinnamon and salt.

It is normally dusted with icing sugar.

It is mostly eaten as dessert.
