Revani is semolina cake.

It is made of flour, semolina, eggs, baking powder, yogurt, sugar, vanilla extract, lemon juice, orange juice salt. 

It is normally decorated with desiccated coconut, ground pistachios, almonds, fresh fruit or whipped cream.

It is mostly eaten as dessert.
