Kkotgetang is a famous North Korean dish.

Kkotgetang is flower-shaped crab stew.

It is made of flower crabs, anchovies, Korean radish, zucchini, green onion, green chili pepper, red chili pepper, garlic, small onion, Doenjang fermented soybean paste, Gochujang hot pepper paste, Gochugaru hot pepper flakes and chrysanthemum greens.

It is normally served with rice.

It is mostly eaten for lunch.
