Oshikwiila is millet or mahangu pancake.

It is made of mahangu flour, Marula kernel paste, sugar and salt.

It is prepared by mixing all the ingredients to create a batter which is then put on a greased pan and cooked.

It is mostly eaten for breakfast or as snack food.
