East Timor or Timor Leste is a country in the South East Asian region of Asian continent.
It's capital city is Dili.
It has a population of about 1.2 million people.
Ikan Sabuko is a famous East Timorese dish.
Ikan Sabuko is grilled tamarind fish.
It is made of fish, tamarind paste, calamansi lime juice, turmeric leaves, basil leaves, red chillies, green chillies, pepper and salt.
It is normally served with rice and budu sauce made from anchovies.
It is mostly eaten for lunch.
