It is made of flour, egg, cinnamon, yeast, butter, milk, granulated sugar, light brown sugar, cardamom, vanilla extract, almonds and kosher salt.

It is normally sprinkled with sugar.

It is mostly eaten for breakfast, as dessert or snack food.
