It has a population of about 18.1 million people.

Futali is a famous Malawian food.

Futali is mashed sweet potato dish.

It is made of sweet potatoes,  peanut flour, spinach and salt.

It is prepared by having sweet potatoes cooked in salted water before being mashed and combined with peanut flour.

It is mostly eaten for breakfast.
