It's capital city is Kampala.

It has a population of about 41.5 million people.





Sim Sim is a famous Ugandan food.

Sim Sim is sweet sesame seeds cookies.

It is made of granulated sugar and sesame seeds.

It is prepared by mixing the ingredients which is then heated together until the sugar liquefies before the mixture is poured onto a flat surface and sliced into square shapes.

It is mostly eaten as dessert.
