Bakso Ayam refers to chicken meatballs served with vegetables, tofu and egg in noodles soup.

Bakso meatballs are made by rolling chicken meats into a dough. The doughs are then boiled in hot water until properly cooked.

After it is cooked, the meatballs are collected and dried to be used as and when needed in noodles soup.

Bakso Ayam is best eaten for breakfast or lunch.
