Nasi Lemak refers to fragrant rice dish cooked in coconut milk and pandan leaf or screwpine leaf.

It is normally served with anchovies, peanuts, boiled egg, cucumber and sambal which is a type of chilli paste.

Nasi Lemak is mostly eaten for breakfast or lunch.
