Hokkien Mee is a dish originated from China but have local variations in Malaysia and Singapore.

The Singapore version of Hokkien Mee consists of egg noodles and rice noodles stir-fried with egg, prawns and squid.

It is normally served with vegetables, lime and a chilli-based sauce called Sambal.

Hokkien Mee is normally eaten for lunch or dinner.
