It is a very famous street food in Thailand.
Pad thai is cooked with dried rice noodles which is soaked and then stir-fried with eggs, chopped tofu, tamarind pulp, fish sauce, dried shrimp, garlic, red chili pepper and palm sugar.
Other vegetables like bean sprouts, garlic chives, pickled radishes or turnips, and raw banana flowers are also cooked together accordingly.
It is normally served with red chilli and lime wedges.
It is mostly eaten for lunch or dinner.
