It has a population of about 19.3 million people.






La Capitaine Sangha is a famous Malian dish.

La Capitaine Sangha is marinated and grilled Nile perch fish.

It is made of Nile perch fish, tomatoes, thyme, onion, garlic, ginger, green chilis, parsley, pepper, salt and oil.

It is normally served with rice, fried bananas and hot chili sauce.

It is mostly eaten for lunch or dinner.
