Madongo or Madungo Dumplings is a famous Vincentian food.

Madongo Dumplings is baked or fried dumplings made from arrowroot flour.

It is made of arrowroot flour, coconut, nutmeg, sugar and salt.

It is prepared by mixing the ingredients to create a dough which is then kneaded and made into small pieces before baked or fried.

It is mostly eaten for breakfast.
