Asure or Noah's Ark is a famous Turkish food.

Asure is sweet pudding that consists of fruits, nuts and beans.

It is made of rice, cornstarch, haricot beans, fava beans, chickpeas, pot barley, apricots, raisins, currants, sugar, rosewater, cinnamon, figs, sultanas, walnuts and pomegranate seeds.

It is normally garnished with cinnamon, dried apricots, figs, and sultanas. 

It is usually sprinkled with walnuts and pomegranate seeds. 

It is mostly eaten as dessert.
