Ndambe is a famous Senegalese dish.

Ndambe is spicy bean stew.

It is made of black-eyed peas, onions, tomato paste, garlic, bouillon cube, chili powder, bay leaves, vinegar, pepper and salt.

It is normally garnished with bay leaves.

It is usually served with bread, rice or porridge.

It is mostly eaten for breakfast or dinner.
