Crni Rizot is a type of seafood rice made with cuttlefish or squid.

It is made of rice, cuttlefish or squid, onions, garlic cloves, parlsey, olive oil, salt and pepper.

During preparation, this rice is dyed black by breaking the cuttlefish's ink sacs onto the rice near the end of the cooking process.

It is normally served with chopped parsley, lemon or grated parmesan cheese.

It is mostly eaten for lunch.
