Udon noodles are made by kneading wheat flavour, salt and water.
Udon noodles are normally served hot as noodles soup but they can be also stir-fried or served cold with a dipping sauce.
Udon noodles are usually served with fried tofu, prawns and vegetables.
It is mostly eaten for breakfast or lunch.
