It is made of chicken, flour, eggs, bread crumbs, butter, onions, carrot, garlic, cheese, lime juice, bay leaves, pepper, salt and oil.

It is prepared by creating a dough from the floor mixture which is then shaped like drumstick and filled with chicken salad mixture and then fried.

It is normally served with dip sauces.

It is mostly eaten as snack food.
