Kattama is fried flatbread.

It is made of flour, butter, onions, chili powder, salt and oil.

It is prepared by creating a dough from flour mixture which is then kneaded and rolled into thin circle before mixed with cooked onions and fried until brown.

It is mostly eaten for breakfast.
