Hong Kong is a Special Administrative Region of China in the East Asian region of the Asian continent.

It has a population of about 7.4 million people.







Har Gow is a famous Hong Kong dish.

Har Gow is steamed shrimp dumplings wrapped in thin and translucent skin.

It is made of shrimp, wheat starch, tapioca starch, cornstarch, bamboo shoots, green onion, white pepper, egg, salt and oil.

It is prepared by creating a dough from the starch mixture which is then filled with shrimp mixture and cooked in a streamer.

It is normally served with hot chilli or soya sauce.

It is mostly eaten as a dim sum dish.
